Ensure proper implementation of office standards and procedures, phone etiquette and customer relations
- Assist in organizing office operations and procedures
- Facilitates office IT requirements and company server and website
- Prepare and submit office budgets and expense requirements
- Carry out various administrative duties as needed
- Prepare required reports
- Input data into assigned systems within specified deadlines
- Travel arrangements for manpower or managers
**Must have experince in Odoo ERP**
**Must have experince in Qatar**
**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
