**Requirements**:

- ** Proven experience** as a graphic designer with expertise in video design/animation (portfolio required).
- **Proficiency** in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) or other relevant design and video editing software.
- **Solid understanding of design principles,** including typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
- **Experience in motion graphics** and video production, including shooting, editing, and animating content for digital platforms.
- **Strong video editing skills** (knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- **Creative flair** with the ability to come up with fresh and engaging design and video concepts.
- **Attention to detail** and the ability to create high-quality, polished designs and videos.
- **Strong communication skills** with the ability to collaborate and present ideas clearly.
- **Ability to work under pressure** and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- A **degree** in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Animation, or a related field (preferred but not required).
