Senior Videographer

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with Videography team, putting them at ease & encouraging them & directing them.
- Managing the business aspect of the work including administration & scheduling work.
- Building a network of contacts achieving a reputation for quality & reliability in order to secure future assignment.
- Representing the company in front of clients & suppliers
- Facilitates regular meeting with the Videography team to evaluate their performance and assistant
- Coaches and mentors Videography team.
- Motivates the team to grow other than their line of expertise
- Conducts study and analyses Videography production flow process to maximize production with minimum lead time
- Analyses Videography production planning and control and identifies new techniques to improve production output
- Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand strategy
- Supervise and inspire the creative team of vendor partners; generate multiple concepts for a campaign or project
- Oversee Videography production process and draws up production schedule and adjust when necessary
- Manage the human and material resources as an environment friendly production.
- Provides inputs into the long terms strategic plans of the Videography production department by understanding the changes in the industry dynamics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/University Degree in Television Arts, or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in the field of remote broadcasting Industry
- Computer Literate
- Carrying out research & preparation for a production shoots
- Requires a superior level of technical knowledge & understanding of events production & post production methods.
