**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Meet with potential buyers, sellers, and investors to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets in order to recommend suitable properties.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Assist clients in the negotiation process, ensuring they get the best possible deal while maintaining a positive experience throughout.
- **Market Research**: Keep up to date with the latest market trends, pricing, and local area developments to provide clients with accurate information and advice.
- **Property Showings**: Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing key features and benefits of each property.
- **Sales Process Management**: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to finalizing contracts, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop long-term relationships with clients, addressing their needs, handling concerns, and providing after-sales support.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain accurate records of property transactions, client communications, and contracts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in property sales or real estate (2-4 years preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of the local property market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (optional, depending on location).
- Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
