As a BA, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our clients' business objectives and the technical solutions we deliver. Our client is a prestigious international company based in Qatar. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, stakeholders, and development teams, to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and analyze business requirements, objectives, and constraints from clients and stakeholders
- Evaluate existing business processes, propose optimized workflows, and enhance operational efficiency
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with development teams
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor throughout projects
- Analyze data, identify trends, and present insights to drive decision-making and business value
- Define test cases, conduct user acceptance testing, and troubleshoot issues
- Stay updated on industry trends, propose process optimization, and drive continuous improvement

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development or consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
- Proficient in requirements elicitation, process modeling, and system design principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in business analysis tools/software; Agile methodologies knowledge is a plus

ADDITIONAL
- You will be working on site, from our client's office in Doha
- The working schedule is 5 days a week, from Sunday to Thursday (In Qatar, weekend is Friday to Saturday)
