About the Role

Senior Operational & System Improvements Agent is responsible for the inspection and rectification of minor hardware issues in fixed and mobile OAS IT devices. Supports receiving and delivering IT devices to and from suppliers and business users. This role also performs IT devices movement across OAS business units and keeps OAS IT Assets Tracking System (ITAT) updated with correct IT Asset records. Responsible for organizing QAS IT Stores for optimal usage of the space and airport facilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide onsite inspection for identification and rectification of minor hardware issues in mobile and fixed QAS IT equipment.
- Prepare HIA/DIA movement forms to cross security check points and support logistics of QAS IT equipment within airport.
- Coordinate with external service centers to arrange device movement from HIA to respective service centers for repair and maintenance services.
- Arrange IT items in IT stores appropriately for optimal space utilization.
- New IT equipment receiving from supplier and verification of the delivery documents and the purchased equipment to ensure correct and complete reception against purchase orders (PO).
- Update IT Asset Tracking System with latest equipment status for clear IT Assets visibility and equipment planning.
- Assist in day-to-day PC, laptop and mobile devices relocation tasks and documents movement.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Qualifications

About you

Essential
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of job-related experience
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Hands on experience in supporting small IT devices like mobiles, laptops and computers etc.
- Good command in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook)

Preferred
- Working experience in any IT support role and basic knowledge in computer networks
- Capable of learning QAS business knowledge and enhance personal skills to contribute efficient service delivery and optimal performance.
- Energetic and self-motivated.
- Team player.
