IT Analyst

This exclusive wealth fund in Qatar oversees and manages investments spanning various industries and markets. The fund aims to develop the economy and create sustainable returns. Due to continuous growth, they are now looking to hire an IT Analyst.

**In this role you will be responsible for some of the following**:

- Providing IT user support, training and user documentation regarding the daily use of IT solutions
- Detecting diagnosing and resolving incidents, including documenting related administration, and perform emergency repairs and changes via troubleshooting techniques; escalating when necessary
- Providing feedback to users and communicate progress of solutions to incidents and problems, demonstrating practical knowledge and problem-solving strategies and providing basic training to customers and other help desk technicians
- Creating, prioritising and maintaining documentation on helpdesk tickets based on established helpdesk and departmental guidelines and procedures
- Answering or making calls to end-users to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with IT products or services

**To be considered for this role, you will need some of the following qualifications and experience**:

- Diploma in IT technology. Related technical certifications preferred
- 4 years of Service Support experience
