- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
- Analyze customer feedback, develop customer retention strategies, and formulate marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and review sales performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports to upper management regarding sales performance and market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers
