We are looking for an OUTDOOR SALES EXECUTIVE, with minimum 5 to 7 years of experience as Outdoor Sales Executive in Interior Decoration Business or Interior Building Materials & Furniture companies, holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related field. Holding a valid Qatar ID, Qatar driving license and able to provide NOC to join our company located at Doha, Qatar.

**Summary**:
The Outdoor Sales Executive is responsible for developing and fostering business through pro-active direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls and tours for Projects. It is also your role to develop strategic action plans for all Projects, to promote our extensive range of furniture, upholstery, curtains, fabrics, marble, and metal products, and to drive a measurable and incremental sales revenue. You will also be responsible for acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare reports such as action plans and financial objectives according to the management request.

2. Identify new market and business opportunities to increase sales by conducting research on potential customers, services and prices of competitors, and maintain updated database and tracking report.

3. Engage with architects, interior designer, contractors, and individual clients to identify their needs for furniture, upholstery, and other custom solutions.

4. Implement all sales action plans related to the assigned market area as outlined in the marketing plan.

5. Conduct daily sales calls and attend site inspection trips of Projects for corporate clients.

6. Able to provide quick and timely response, and immediate communication to the properties and to closely follow up on all business leads within a 24-hour response time line to clients to ensure to develop a professional long term business relationship with clients

7. Provide the highest quality of service to the clients at all times.

8. Participate in sales calls with the sales team to acquire new business and to close a business deal.

9. Execute and support the operational aspects of the business booked (generating proposals, Corporate Rate Application letters, writing contracts and being in-charge of customer correspondence).

10. Able to support Projects and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.

11. Work closely with the Manager to ensure that the proposed rates meet the financial needs of the Projects.

12. Develop a strong relationship with the property front office team to ensure working with unity and to achieve the same goals.

13. Assess additional training needs based on data gathered and interaction with Sales Team from property visits.

14. Attend meetings of all departments and Projects when necessary.

15. Manage and develop good business relationships with existing and new customers to enable future deals. Activities include sales calls, events, trips, trade shows, etc.

16. Develop a good relationship within the community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.

17. Maintain an awareness of all available resources for training and development and participate in the ongoing training regarding technology upgrades and new systems.

18. Support all efforts and initiatives across all business channels to maximize company sales growth and profitability.

19. Maintain awareness and demonstrate a fundamental knowledge of computers, systems and programs relevant to the position.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or interior design sectors.
- Knowledge of materials such as wood, metal, marble, and fabric used in carpentry and furniture manufacturing.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent financial awareness.
- Flexible to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Understanding of the sales process & dynamic.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a sales territory effectively.
- With Qatar driving license
