Program Manager

As the **Program Manager**, you will be responsible for assisting with the development of project specific details and the preparation and coordination of document work for assigned projects. You will work with a team of government and contract engineers, surveyors, and technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Manage, monitor, and inspect, document and advise on projects as required.
- Read and Understand architectural, engineering and shop drawings.
- Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project activities, direction, and decisions relative to site selection, design schedules.
- May attend project specific meetings on a weekly basis.
- Prepare and submit reports of project status and progress weekly to the SM and COR.
- Visit construction sites weekly and attend any inspections or identified events in construction.
- Assist the project manager as needed.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s in project management, construction engineering, or building science.
- 4 years of project management experience.
- Experience working with USACE is desirable.

**License & Certifications**: PMP required

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to read and understand architectural, engineering and shop drawings associated with assigned projects.

**Travel**: anticipated travel

**Security Clearance**: SECRET security clearance
