Opening in 2023, Rixos Qetaifan Island North will comprise a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort will boast panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Waterpark attraction. The Icon Tower is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.

**Entertainment Tailor**

This position is responsible for the production of costumes and props used for live performances. Ensures that relative materials are in good quality, shape, clean, durable, and free from damages.

**What you will be doing**:

- Repair, alter and sew on buttons, fix zippers of all costumes and materials
- Perform minor repair work and alteration as needed
- Altering garments to improve Entertainers’ comfort and fitness such as narrowing lapels, shortening the straps, sleeves, etc.
- Repairing the garments, for example, sewing holes and tears
- Placing labels on the garments as requested
- Assists with checking, sorting, and distribution of costumes
- Maintains and keeps all machines and work area clean and in good condition

**Your experience and skills include**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Proven experience working as a tailor
- Having strong knowledge of fabrics, constructions, and clothing designs for Entertainers
- Background in embroidery
- Excellent ability in using the sewing machine and other accessories to support the job
