**FM Services Clerk/Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Tracks and maintains FM Service Contracts from renewal process requisition process to Payments in coordination with procurement
- Monitors contractor KPI and advices improvements on monthly basis
- Ensures all FM contracts are maintained in the CAFM system.
- Ensures administrative support for the setup of all planning and reporting tools and templates and prepares monthly reports
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Technical degree in basics of Engineering or equivalent
- 2 + years of experience in Operations and Maintenance
- Proven work experience as a materials or contractor specialists or similar role
- Familiarity with Operations & maintenance
- Proficient in MS Office and expert in MS Excel
- Proficient typing and editing skills
- Data organization skills

**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
