**Job Title: Female Laundry Attendant**

**Responsibilities**:
**Laundry Operations**:Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens, garments, and other items according to established procedures.
Operate and maintain laundry equipment, ensuring proper usage and regular maintenance.

**Stain Removal**:Identify and treat stains on various fabrics using appropriate cleaning agents.
Follow proper procedures to minimize damage and maintain the quality of items.

**Quality Control**:Inspect laundered items to ensure they meet quality standards.
Report and address any damaged or stained items before they are returned to clients.

**Inventory Management**:Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens.
Inform the supervisor when restocking is required.

**Customer Service**:Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or special requests.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of cleaned items to clients.

**Adherence to Safety Protocols**:Follow safety protocols and guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and operating equipment.
Report any safety hazards or malfunctions of equipment to the supervisor.

**Collaboration with Team**:Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow in the laundry department.
Assist in training new laundry staff members as needed.

**Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of items processed, including tracking any special requests or specific client preferences.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Laundry Attendant is preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Requirements**:

- Physical fitness, as the role involves standing for extended periods and lifting heavy loads.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and protocols.
