Marketing & Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek for new sales opportunities (B2C, B2B, B2G) through cold calling, networking, social media, and client visits
- Arrange meetings with potential clients and present proposals that would meet client needs/ requirements
- Prepare business presentations and proposals to be presented/delivered to clients
- Assist in organizing and facilitating exhibitions, promotional events, and conferences
- Negotiate with the clients and close sales deals
- Monitor client relationships and ensure that clients remain engaged on the products
- Request feedback from clients to keep track of client needs and needed improvements on the products
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and changing demands of customers
- Provide inputs to the product development based on feedback received from customers and sales data
- Collaborate with teams in developing sales and marketing strategies
- Implement sales and marketing strategies
- Receive orders from the customers and coordinate requirements with the kitchen staff
- Ensure availability of stocks to meet customer orders
- Coordinate with the driver required delivery details (customer details, orders, location)
- Ensure that all deliveries are delivered correctly and on time
- Record each sale and maintain a sales report to be shared with the Accountant
- Monitor sales data and prepare report on sales metrics
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
- Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.

Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a B2B or B2G Sales Executive or relevant role (preferably 5 years or more)
- Proficiency in English and Arabic language is required
- Expansive knowledge of the Qatari market
- With thorough experience in sales especially B2B and B2G
- With driver’s license
- Available to join immediately
- Has valid QID and transferable visa
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- With experience in implementing marketing and negotiating techniques
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach (target-driven)
- Can deliver attractive presentations and close deals
- Has passion on doing outdoor sales
