**Job Description**:
Position Overview: The Educational School Supplies Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our institution has access to the best educational materials and supplies. This position is responsible for selecting, sourcing, procuring, and managing a wide range of educational supplies, resources, and materials that contribute to effective teaching and learning. The Specialist will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and vendors to meet the institution's educational supply needs efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate supply contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels, anticipate supply needs, and ensure timely restocking.
- Assess the quality, relevance, and suitability of educational materials and resources, including textbooks, digital content, and classroom supplies.
- Gather feedback from teachers, faculty, and educational experts to inform procurement decisions.
- Develop and manage the budget for educational supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.
- Track expenditures, analyze cost trends, and make recommendations for budget adjustments.
- Cultivate positive relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors.
- Collaborate with vendors to explore new product offerings and negotiate competitive pricing.
- Ensure that all educational materials and supplies comply with relevant educational standards, guidelines, and curriculum requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations related to educational materials.
- Generate regular reports on supply expenditures, trends, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Present findings and recommendations to school administration and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in education, supply chain management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of educational standards, curriculum requirements, and teaching practices.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strong analytical and budget management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and staff.
- Familiarity with educational software and digital resources is a plus.

**Salary**: Up to QAR4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Supply Chain Management: 5 years (preferred)
- Educational Related: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)
