**Job Purpose**:
Provide maintenance logistics support to leadership and personnel within dedicated section for OES Maintenance Division.

**Key Job Accountabilities - I**:

- Provide office logistics coordination and support to site employees and maintenance execution teams during routine and non-routine activities, unit, and major train start up.
- Complete and update audit actions, corrective actions requests (CARS) reporting.
- Distribute call-out, summer program, start up, and nightshift communication database (DB) information.
- Maintain and update information access authority levels as per maintenance management direction and perform regular access reviews.
- Perform SharePoint administration for department.

**Key Job Accountabilities - II**:

- Maintain, organise work pack database and issues timely department communication to stakeholders and assist division management with report preparation, statistics compilation, and presentation.
- Provide logistics, transportation, and material management support during start up. Arrange and participate in a start-up safety walk on site and record the results in minutes of meeting to ensure that the findings are implemented and corrected.
- Provide support to incoming maintenance personnel including updating and issuing new joiner guidance, gate passes, logistics, office allocation and department information access.
- Assist with timesheet approvals for direct hire and contractors for section. Create service entry, purchase order, and purchase requisition related work to assist Contract and Manpower Administration.
- Prepare and route maintenance procedures for validation and review the inspection findings from start-up team and communicate them to the task group for implementation or correction on site.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of Secondary School Education (12 years).

**Knowledge and/or Experience - I**:

- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Very good knowledge of standard computer software.
- Knowledge of some financial and budgetary processes.
