As an Estimation Engineer in Facilities Management, you will play a crucial role in assessing and estimating costs for various projects related to facility maintenance and management. This position involves working closely with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide accurate and competitive estimates for different types of facility-related projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Assessment**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of projects in facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
- **Cost Estimation**:

- Develop accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and other project-related expenses.
- Utilize cost estimation software and tools to ensure precision in calculations.
- **Bid Preparation**:

- Prepare detailed and comprehensive bids and proposals based on the estimated costs.
- Work closely with the bidding team to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide clarification on cost-related matters.
- Present and explain cost estimates in a clear and understandable manner.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about market trends, material costs, and industry standards to ensure competitiveness in estimates.
- Analyze historical data and industry benchmarks to refine and improve estimation accuracy.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with various teams, including engineering, procurement, and project management, to gather necessary information for estimation purposes.
- Participate in internal discussions to provide insights on cost-related considerations.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all estimates, bids, and related correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Estimation Engineer, preferably in facilities management or construction.
- Strong proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in estimations.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
