**Skills**:

- Professional certification as a hydrologist or related discipline is a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant software for hydrological modeling and design.
- Knowledge of groundwater modeling tools and methodologies.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and permitting processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Work Experience:

- 5+ years of Proven experience in hydrological analysis and dewatering system design.

**Essential Duties**
- Conduct hydrological assessments to understand groundwater conditions and fluctuations at construction sites.
- Analyze data related to precipitation, runoff, infiltration, and water table levels.
- Evaluate soil types, geological formations, and other site-specific factors influencing groundwater behavior.
- Collaborate with geotechnical engineers and other specialists to gather relevant data.
- Design effective dewatering systems based on project requirements and site conditions.
- Select appropriate dewatering methods, such as wellpoints, sumps, deep wells, or other techniques.
- Specify and size dewatering pumps based on the project's water removal needs.
- Ensure pump systems meet efficiency standards and are capable of handling anticipated flow rates.
- Stay informed about local and regional regulations related to dewatering activities.
- Ensure designs comply with environmental and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration with Engineering Teams:

- Work closely with project managers, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate dewatering plans into overall project designs.
- Provide technical support and expertise during project planning and execution.
- Prepare cost estimates for dewatering system implementation, including equipment, installation, and ongoing operation.
- Assist in budget planning and monitoring.
- Supervise or provide technical support during the installation and implementation of dewatering systems.
- Conduct periodic site visits to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of dewatering measures
