Estimator With strong joinery background / experience of 5 years. Degree in Engineering. Attention to details & in-depth knowledge of construction process & methodology. Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Ability to multi-task; and deadline driven. Transferable visa (with NOC). Job Description: Take tenders from initial enquiry to submission. Provide timely and accurate estimates. Understanding drawings and technical issues. Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations. Preparing bills of quantities and other tender documentation for competitive tendering for projects. Analyze contract documentation and prepare accurate subcontractor packages for pricing. Liaise and negotiate with Subcontractors and Suppliers. Actively participate in adjudication meetings. Maintain good relationships with prospective clients and professionals to promote further tender invitations.
