Auto Electrician

**Description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Performs preventive and routine maintenance as per maintenance plan.
- Performs major and minor repairs, inspections, checklist of all equipment
- Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems, performs overhaul of Auto Electrical components complete

Wiring, troubleshooting etc.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles to identify potential problems and extend their

Lifetime.
- Test and replace electrical components, such as alternators, starters, and batteries.
- Repairs, installs, replaces, and tests electrical circuits, equipment, vehicles and appliances using appropriate tools

And testing instruments.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to determine the root causes of problems.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment manuals in the troubleshooting process.
- Maintain proper records of consumables usage and disposal to update Equipment Controllers
- Communicate and exchange information on equipment maintenance & repair data with relevant personnel
- Complete related paperwork required to complete job (work order, parts order, etc) accurately and timely.
- Ensure full compliance with the safety goals, objectives, and procedures towards achieving zero LTI.
- Perform housekeeping duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager or Safety advisors in accordance with

Company policies & procedures;
- Available during off-hours for rescheduling, technical assistance, and emergency response
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Foreman and above.

**Qualifications**

**Education & Professional Qualification**:

- Technical High school Certificate and Auto Electrical qualification certificate
- Diploma Preferred

**Professional Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the related position
- Must have good knowledge of equipment maintenance drawings, repai

**Geographic Experience**:

- GCC experiences preferred
- Valid Qatar driving license is advantage

**Computer and Language Skills**:
**Market / Industry / Functional Knowledge**:

- Must be highly skilled electrician with experience in servicing electrical accessories

mounted on equipments and vehicles
**Related Professional Training, Certification, or Membership**
**Mandatory**: Must be conversant with fault tracing method in electrical systems mounted in
Mobile equipments and should be able to read electrical diagrams.
**Preferred**: Knowledge / experience and troubleshooting of the following crane
Liebherr Or DEMAG Or GROVE, Tadano
