The Social Media Creator & Graphics Designer is responsible for crafting visually compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms while ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment. This role involves conceptualizing and producing graphics, images, videos, and other multimedia assets to enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and attract and retain followers across social media channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, design, and produce creative assets for social media platforms, including but not limited to images, graphics, videos, animations, infographics, and interactive content.
- Collaborate with marketing, branding, and content teams to develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with brand identity, objectives, and target audience preferences.
- Translate marketing objectives and campaign briefs into visually compelling and cohesive social media content that resonates with audiences and drives desired actions.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, on-brand content across all social media channels.
- Create original artwork, illustrations, and visual elements that communicate key messages, product features, and brand stories effectively.
- Design engaging social media posts, including static images, carousels, stories, and interactive elements, optimized for each platform's specifications and best practices.
- Produce video content, including animations, motion graphics, short-form videos, and video ads, using video editing software and animation tools.
- Optimize visual content for digital platforms, ensuring compatibility, responsiveness, and accessibility across devices and screen sizes.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and content creators to capture and produce visual assets for social media campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and elevate the quality and effectiveness of social media content.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, feedback, and user-generated content, leveraging insights to inform content strategy and creative direction.
- Conduct regular audits of social media profiles to ensure visual consistency, brand compliance, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Utilize analytics tools and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media content and campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and achieve KPIs.
- Stay abreast of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry developments to adapt strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including marketing, communications, sales, and product teams, to integrate social media content with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, digital media, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a graphics designer, visual designer, or multimedia artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical proficiency, and design expertise.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or Canva.
- Demonstrated experience in video editing, motion graphics, and animation using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, typography, and color theory.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and pushing creative boundaries.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency in design execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight timelines.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, content optimization techniques, and social media analytics (preferred).
- Experience with photography, videography, and content production (preferred).
- A passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying abreast of industry trends and innovations.

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
