**Job Title: Sales Coordinator - Business Setup & Corporate Services**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with client communication, sales inquiries, and service processing.
- Manage client accounts, maintain accurate client data, and address customer queries and issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of corporate services, including company registration and legal compliance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify market trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in sales meetings, providing insights on customer needs, market trends, and industry developments.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and service promotions.
- Stay informed on company products, services, and industry regulations, particularly in the GCC region.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the Business Setup, Corporate Services, or Consultancy industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Familiarity with sales processes, techniques, and the GCC business environment is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic work setting.
