**Job Description: Laboratory Technician - Private Clinic (Qatar)**

**Job Overview**:
The Laboratory Technician is responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic and laboratory tests in a clinical setting. The primary focus will be on accurately analyzing patient samples, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and supporting healthcare providers in diagnosing and treating patients. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized professional with strong technical skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
**Educational Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's Degree** in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in laboratory technology or a related discipline, as required by Qatari healthcare regulations.

**Experience**:

- **Minimum 2-3 years** of experience working as a laboratory technician in a clinical or healthcare setting, preferably within a private clinic or hospital environment.
- Experience with various diagnostic equipment and laboratory techniques.

**Certifications & Licensing**:

- Valid **Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) License** to practice as a Laboratory Technician in Qatar.
- Additional certifications in specific laboratory areas (e.g., microbiology, hematology) are a plus.

**Language Skills**:

- Proficiency in **English** (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience in a **private healthcare** setting.
- Knowledge of international lab standards and practices.
- Ability to work under pressure with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
