- 3. Review the planning completed status of the corrective work orders (CM’s) and schedule the work orders in the look ahead plan.null1. Use Primavera planning tool to manage the business 2. Review & Schedule the released PM in the look ahead plan based on the priority & KPI date. 3. Review the planning completed status of the corrective work orders (CM’s) and schedule the work orders in the look ahead plan. 4. Discuss the changes in the plan with the respective area planning engineer 5. Attend the daily operation & maintenance meeting 6. Update the changes in the daily plan based on the daily meeting outcomes 7. Create the integrated 4 weeks look ahead plan 8. Organize and chair the 4 weeks look ahead planning meeting 9. Communicate the schedule and work closely with the work pack prepares for the look ahead plan 10. Ensure all the critical due PM jobs are timely planned, executed and closed in system before KPI date. Raise any concern’s that might impact the KPI date. 11. Highlight any critical PM release constrains or issue to the planning engineer and lead planning engineer 12. Make sure all the due PM jobs are timely planned and scheduled before the KPI dates. 13. Communicate with the execution team for any schedule adjustment caused by Adhoc priority jobs. 14. Highlight any process improvement ways that can LEAN the current ones. 15. Coordinate the logistics arrangements with counterparts 16. Ensure the inclusion of the hot job list in any opportunity shutdown. 17. Ensure the consideration and inclusion of the backlog jobs in the look ahead plan to meet the compliance target. 18. Send the weekly highlights to the Sr planning engineer and the Lead planning engineer. 19. Align with the supervisors the planned load during the weekly meeting. 20. Contribute to the control of maintenance cost by ensuring maximum utilisation of OLNG and Contractors. 21. Ensure 100% compliances of critical PMs throughout the year. 22. Manage the overall Preventive Maintenance Plan to achieve the target 90% PM compliance at each month. 23. Support the team to meet the target backlog of 8 weeks and overdue jobs to zero. 24. Follow up with the material coordinator the stock replenishment of the critical items to ensure the availability for the next PM or Corrective job. 25. Support the planning engineers and planning lead when requested 26. Prepare weekly planning report in coordination with the respective area engineers and submit it to the lead planning engineer- Knowledge & Qualification:
