**Job Summary**:
Structural draftspersons’ job is generally consisting of preparing detailed drawings and plans for civil engineering work in support of engineering professionals.

**Duties & Responsibilities, (include but not limited to)**:

- Perform document control using a drawing management or information system to ensure that completed and working drawings are properly registered and filed with the Plan Room and issued to/posted at the work site
- Provide detailed drawings of structural components and their connections of steel and other structural materials
- Draft plans and detailed drawings for structural concrete, steel structures, and installations for various construction projects
- Utilize various drafting and CAD techniques to produce drawings in 2D while working in a 3D design model environment for project requirements
- Assist projects team with revising drawings to reflect as-built conditions
- Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data to ensure that they conform to design concepts
- Prepare civil/structural plans, elevations, and sections to represent the civil/structural design construction layout
- Check design for consistency, safety, and operability and maintenance requirements before submitting to checking
- Provide the support and cooperation in regards to the quality department requirements and Audits.
- Provide the support and cooperation in regards to the business development & tenders management activities when requested.

**Education & Experience**:

- BSc in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent relevant qualification.
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Competent in Revit
- Experience in use of design software packages like AutoCAD
- Industry experience on civil infrastructure projects (desirable)

**Required Skills**:

- Planning and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledgeable of building methods and materials.
- Flexible and can work with mínimal supervision.
- Has good team focus and the ability to positively influence team members
