As the market lead, you will manage a team of Account Executives to dictate partner requirements within Qatar. You will need to have natural leadership skills; the ability to mentor, develop, challenge your direct reports and partners, and strong client-facing skills. The Market lead should have a deep understanding of the performance of top accounts at Snap and a point of view on how they would accelerate growth and scale the business over the next year.

What you'll do:
- Have command of and be responsible for the strategy and growth of the Qatar market and be able to educate internal teams and clients on trends- Lead and manage a team of Account Executives, and direct partners to effectively service clients- Hold your team, sales and account management partners accountable to revenue quotas and KPIs- Define, execute, and deliver KPI-driven measurement strategies- Understand broad trends and translate into strategic areas and opportunities to drive growth of the business and articulate this strategy to internal stakeholders- Assist Sales leadership with determining individual quotas and account lists for team members- Serve as an ethical leader, crafting a healthy culture of integrity and compliance with applicable laws.- Build relationships across key stakeholders and decision makers in the Qatari market

Knowledge, skills & abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (internally and externally)- Proven track record to drive the sales process from plan to close- Strong business sense and expertise in the Qatari market- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people leadership skills- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management- Ability to travel 30%+ of the time- Embodies Snap values

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience- Proven experience in sales in digital media space

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 + years of experience managing a team- Prior experience in a global or multinational corporate environment- Can facilitate meetings with multiple senior stakeholders- Pre-existing relationships with senior marketing and advertising stakeholder across key clients within the Qatari market
