**Department**
OFFSHORE PROJECTS

**Primary purpose of job**
Focal point, responsible and accountable for the day-to-day decommissioning, deconstruct and abandon of department

assigned offshore projects to ensure they are decommissioned in accordance with approved Scope of Work, approved

drawings and methodologies and QatarEnergy standards, specifications, safety and Environmental requirements.

Act as an interface between Project Manager, Asset Holder, Contractor and Construction Supervisors. Provide guidance to

construction supervisors and Contractor to ensure that all decommissioning activities are executed in accordance with

approved method statements complying with project schedule, quality and HSE requirements.

**Experience & Skills**

3. Proven track record in managing large-scale decommissioning projects, including experience with offshore jackets,

topsides, subsea pipelines and umbilicals.

heavy structures.

10. Ability to supervise a multi-national and multi-cultural contractor workforce.

**Education**
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field. Advance degrees
or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CEng would be an advantage.
