**Responsibilities**:

- **Vehicle Operation**:Safely operate assigned vehicles, including vans, trucks, or other heavy-duty vehicles.

Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- **Loading and Unloading**:Assist with loading and unloading goods as necessary.

Ensure proper securing of cargo to prevent damage during transit.
- **Route Planning**:Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely and safe deliveries.

Utilize GPS and other navigation tools to navigate through diverse terrains.
- **Safety and Compliance**:Maintain a high level of awareness for road and traffic conditions.

Comply with all safety regulations and protocols.
Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage immediately.
- **Customer Service**:Provide excellent customer service when delivering goods or transporting passengers.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- **Communication**:Maintain open and clear communication with dispatch and other team members.

Report any delays, issues, or changes in schedule promptly.
- **Documentation**:Complete accurate and timely logs, trip reports, and other required paperwork.

Keep track of mileage, fuel usage, and other relevant information.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**:Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking oil, fuel, and other fluid levels.

Report any mechanical issues promptly for repair.
- **Adaptability**:Be adaptable to different schedules, routes, and types of vehicles as needed.

Handle unexpected situations or emergencies with professionalism.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver's license (appropriate class for the vehicle being operated).
- Clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a driver, with a focus on safety.
- Physical fitness for loading and unloading tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift with flexibility.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation systems.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
- Familiarity with local traffic patterns and routes.
- CDL (Commercial Driver's License) for heavy vehicle drivers.

**Working Conditions**:This position involves long hours and may require working weekends and holidays. Drivers may be exposed to varying weather conditions and must be physically capable of performing loading and unloading tasks.

**Salary**: QAR2,500.00 per month
