As a Fine Dining Restaurant Service Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service excellence in our establishment. You will lead a team of service staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure smooth operations and exceed guest expectations.

**Monthly Salary**: SAR 3,500 plus FREE shared accommodation, transportation, and 1 duty meal **OR** SAR 5,000 Full package / All in

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, motivate, and inspire the service team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Provide direction and guidance to staff during service hours.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate service objectives and expectations.
- Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor service quality and address any issues or complaints efficiently.
- Train new staff on service standards, procedures, and product knowledge.
- Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of existing staff.
- Provide constructive feedback to staff to encourage growth and development.
- Oversee the smooth flow of service, coordinating with kitchen staff and other departments as necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels of service-related items such as glassware, utensils, and linens.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Uphold food safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Conduct random performance evaluations for service staff.
- Recognize and reward exceptional performance.
- Address performance issues promptly and constructively.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a fine dining restaurant setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine service.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certification in food safety and responsible alcohol service is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR3,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
