**About the role**

Other key responsibilities are:

- Conceptualize and create compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various marketing materials, including videos, social media content, websites, and presentations
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, animation techniques, and design tools to ensure the highest quality output
- Translate complex ideas and messages into engaging and easily understandable animated graphics
- Use animation to enhance the storytelling aspect of marketing campaigns and ensure that visuals align with the narrative
- Support the design team by creating static graphics, illustrations, and layouts as needed for various marketing collateral
- Generate new ideas that inspire, entertain, and educate customers that will improve brand loyalty and retention
- Maintain consistency in design elements and branding across all materials
- Assist Marketing team in video production and editing when required
- Collaborate with videographers, editors, and other team members to produce high-quality video content
- Keep project files organized and maintain a version control system for graphics and animations
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all motion graphics are error free and meet the highest standards of visual excellence
- Involved in providing input and working with internal and external stakeholders, including working with teams from brand, design, digital, video, social media, among others, with the goal of enhancing, streamlining, and creating consistent Qatar Airways marketing materials for all customers, to ultimately improve brand loyalty and retention.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

- We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Commercial Marketing Team.
- Ability to research current design trends and keep up to date with current and new trends Conceptual thinker with a solid grasp of the bigger marketing picture, and flawless execution
- Strong skills in typography, interface design, iconography, and imagery Skilled in animation and digital design work
- Passion for all things interactive, keeping up-to-date with current technology and design trends, as well as the ability to pay close attention to detail and quality of work
- Interested in continually improving own skills in animation, video editing and design, proactively seeks way to do so.
- Knowledge of how to use 3D design software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya or similar.
- Understanding of UX / UI user experience principles and methodologies.
