OVER VIEW:
The job of a Pastry and Chocolate Chef is, of course, making chocolate. Leveraging the essential production skills of the trade, including **tempering, dipping, moulding, decorating and sculpting**, they will make individual chocolates, including truffles and those filled with fruit, caramel, coffee or liqueur, chocolate bars and chocolate confectionery, and all manner of chocolate-based desserts including entremets, tarts, cakes and pastries. They will also **design** and make **chocolate showpieces**, explore flavor combinations and devise new recipes, particularly for seasonal occasions, Custom orders, whether for corporate clients or retail customers may also be a part of the chocolatier’s remit. In the meantime the Chocolate and pastry chef also provide standard recipes for Cookies, bakery and confectionary products. Chef is also accountable for Food costing of all recipes provided and requested from him/her.

In addition to this are the **maintenance and safety aspects** of the role, including cleaning and disinfecting premises, equipment and materials, and verifying the correct operation of equipment and safety devices.

**Quality control** is also part of the role, requiring the chocolatier to check the conformity of raw materials and products throughout the manufacturing process, as well as weights and quantities, and the appearance of finished products.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Preferable Philippines national locally available.
- High level and Exclusive work experience as Chocolatier is must
- Good experience in Pastry
- Must know How to make dishes from requested links
- Focus on Nice Appearance and proper finishing of all dishes
- Ability to make New recipies for the Management
- Follow trends and Innovation
- Must be Adaptive
- Must have prior 3-5 years experience in High end Chocolate shops and pastries
- Can join immediately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
