Job Description: FEMALE **Nutritionist** (Health and Wellness Center)

Starting Monthly Salary**:QAR 7,000 **(Full package / All in)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Assessment**: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' dietary habits, medical history, and lifestyle to create personalized nutrition plans.
- **Nutritional Counseling**: Provide clear and practical advice to clients on maintaining a balanced diet, addressing specific health concerns, and achieving their wellness objectives.
- **Meal Planning**: Develop customized meal plans that align with clients' dietary preferences, health needs, and goals. Offer creative and enjoyable meal ideas that promote long-term adherence.
- **Educational Workshops**: Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, or webinars to educate individuals and groups about nutrition-related topics, such as weight management, disease prevention, and healthy eating habits.
- **Monitoring and Support**: Regularly track clients' progress, make necessary adjustments to their nutrition plans, and offer ongoing support and motivation to ensure successful outcomes.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, dietitians, and fitness experts, to provide comprehensive care and address clients' holistic wellness needs.
- **Research and Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest nutritional research, trends, and developments to provide evidence-based recommendations and enhance the quality of services.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and organized records of client consultations, progress reports, and nutritional plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- **Client Empowerment**: Empower clients by educating them about the nutritional principles behind their plans, enabling them to make informed decisions about their diets and lifestyles.
- **Ethical Practices**: Adhere to professional and ethical standards while providing confidential and non-judgmental support to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- A valid license or certification as a Nutritionist, Dietitian, or related field
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field is ideal
- Proven experience in assessing and counseling clients on nutrition-related matters.
- Strong knowledge of nutritional science, dietary guidelines, and health conditions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
- Empathetic and compassionate approach to working with clients, understanding their individual needs and challenges.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate client records.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest nutritional research and trends.
- Proficiency in using nutrition analysis software and tools.
