We are now looking for qualified Data Analyst to join our multinational team of professionals.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop data dashboards using **Power BI** that highlight actionable insights for school leaders and that support data-driven continuous improvement cycles.
- Build data warehouses that efficiently pull, transform, and prepare data from multiple sources for use in developing innovative metrics and interactive dashboards.
- Create systems to improve the efficiency and quality of our dashboarding, data warehousing, and analysis work so we can put more of our resources into directly serving partners.

**Required skills and qualifications**
- five or more years of experience mining data as a data analyst.
- Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization
- Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations.
- Strong SQL or Power BI, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools.
- Work experience as a data analyst in **_education field_**.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
- Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.

**Preferred skills and qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, or statistics.
- Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques.
