Our institution is currently seeking a passionate and skilled teacher to join our team as a teacher trainer. If you have a desire to share your knowledge and expertise with other educators, this position is perfect for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and facilitate teacher training programs that align with district goals and initiatives.
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to determine the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborate with school administrators and curriculum specialists to identify areas of improvement and develop training materials.
- Stay up to date with best practices in teaching and learning and incorporate them into training programs.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to teachers to help them implement new strategies and techniques in their classrooms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
- Teaching certification and at least 5 years of teaching experience
- Experience in curriculum development and teacher training
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Passion for helping teachers improve their practice and enhance student learning.

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: QAR200.00 - QAR500.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Instructor/Teacher: 5 years (required)

**Language**:
