**Role Description and Key Performance Indicators**:

- General supervision of all members, whilst teaching classes / conducting personal training sessions by leading/coordinating individuals or groups according to the gym’s standards and/or specific personal training goals of individual members.
- Teach group exercise classes as scheduled and private sessions at prior agreed times set by the group exercise schedule and/or together by both client and trainer through the reception.
- Establishment of a good client base that contributes to the revenues by selling the programs and services to existing and potential clients.
- Administration of services of the gym group exercise business; including individual budgeting, forecasting, reporting, accounting, and tracking of services of services and sessions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performs a wide variety of fitness classes. around the specific vision and strategy of the gym.
- Plans, leads and executes exercise and activity sessions in a variety of fitness areas available in the facilities of the gym project.
- Sets up and monitors classes and 1:1 class sessions.
- Distributes online class information, if appropriate and answers questions from clients.
- Tracks & monitors client’s fitness progression
- Promote and sell Group classes for the gym project only - exclusivity contract.
- Maintain a client base by selling the minimum level of new class passes, class memberships and packages as determined by the management team.
- Assist in membership management and data collection.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge about exercise, health and fitness by remaining current with trends in the industry.
- Contributes top team effort by accomplishing results as needed
- outlined in KPI’s
- Ensures that safety and injury prevention policies and procedures are adhered to by clients; reports accidents and prepares accident reports as required.
- Performs miscellaneous Class admin & growth job-related duties as assigned.

**Work Structure**:
x15 - 18 classes per week, dependent on schedule changes.

**Job Requirements**:

- Should be available in Doha - Qatar
- Should have valid Resident Permit
- Should be available to transfer sponsorship/legalize employment
