Position Overview:
As a Computer and Mobile Chip level Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and

maintaining computer systems, laptops, smartphones, and other mobile devices. You will provide

technical support to customers, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the efficient

functioning of electronic devices.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnosis and Repair: Identify hardware and software problems in computers, laptops, smartphones,

and tablets. Conduct thorough diagnostics to pinpoint issues accurately. Perform necessary repairs or

replacements of faulty components.

2. Hardware Maintenance: Inspect, clean, and maintain computer hardware components such as

motherboards, processors, RAM modules, hard drives, and peripherals. Conduct routine maintenance to

prevent hardware failures.

3. Software Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot operating system errors, software conflicts, and malware

4. Mobile Device Support: Provide technical assistance for smartphones, tablets, and other mobile

optimization.

5. Data Recovery: Assist customers in recovering data from damaged or corrupted storage devices,

including hard drives, memory cards, and USB drives. Utilize data recovery tools and techniques to

retrieve lost files.

6. Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Listen to their

concerns, provide clear explanations of technical issues, and offer effective solutions. Ensure customer

satisfaction through prompt and efficient service.

7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of repairs, replacements, and service

requests. Generate reports on the status of repairs, parts inventory, and equipment maintenance. Keep

accurate documentation to track work progress and facilitate future troubleshooting.

8. Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing and quality checks on repaired devices to ensure proper

functionality and reliability. Follow standardized procedures and quality assurance protocols to deliver

high-quality service to customers.

9. Technical Knowledge Enhancement: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and

developments in computer and mobile technology. Participate in training programs, workshops, and

certifications to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a computer technician, mobile device technician, or similar role.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues in computers and mobile devices.
- Familiarity with mobile device platforms (iOS, Android) and mobile technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in relevant technical fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Apple Certified Mac Technician, etc.) is a

plus.
