**Electrical and HVAC Specialist - Oil & Gas Sector, Doha, Qatar**

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer or Technician seeking a challenging role in the heart of the vibrant city of Doha? Our prestigious client operating within the Oil & Gas sector is looking for a highly skilled Electrical Specialist to join their dynamic team on a contract basis. This pivotal role requires expertise in electrical construction and maintenance projects with specific experience offshore under SIMOPS Conditions.

**Key Requirements**:
Engineer or technician with more than 10 years experience in O&G facility construction, project or operations.
Technical background with Minimum of 10 years experience in Electrical Construction, Project, commissioning or Maintenance of O&G.
Experience in offshore electrical and Hvac construction, commissioning and brownfield activities under SIMOPS Conditions.
Good Knowledge in Hvac and Commissioning.
Good knowledge of international codes / Standards related to Electricity and Hvac.

**Essential Skills**:
drivers,challenges and site constraints in close collaboration with the Head of HUC - Brownfield and other stakeholders while maintaining focus on safety, quality and planning.
To safely and efficiently lead and supervise brownfield activities executed by the EPC Contractor related to Elec and HVAC Discipline.
Close follow up of the EPC Contractor scope with respect to Highest Safety and Quality Standard, and in compliance to the contract requirement and the project objectives
To deliver Brownfield Project on time under the Qatar Energy LNG Project Management System, to budget and to the required level of quality
Coordinate to ensure all required materials, equipment and inspections occur to support schedule
Prepare and provides routine verbal and written progress reports to the Head of HUC BROWNFIELD and updates progress performance of the contractor with analysis to achieve progress Review the contractor's construction and Brownfield deliverables such as Method Statements, procedures, etc as per company specification
To supervise and control the activities of the Contractor/Subcontractors related to the electrical and Hvac operations and Commissioning to ensure that it complies with contractual requirements, project documentation and applicable International Standards.
To contribute to the engineering, design check for the Electrical and Hvac aspects, as well as the compliance to all technical requirements by providing inputs
To Participate to Risk Assessments kick off meetings and Pre-Job Meetings, pre-Simops visits, technical meeting etc. as required in accordance with Company's referential.
