**Job Summary**:The Chef de Partie is a vital member of our culinary team, responsible for a specific section of the kitchen. This role demands precision, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional dishes to our patrons. As a Chef de Partie, you will collaborate with our culinary team to ensure the highest level of food quality and presentation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Food Preparation**: Execute precise and consistent food preparation in your designated section, adhering to established recipes and portion sizes.
- **Quality Assurance**: Uphold rigorous standards of food quality, taste, and presentation, ensuring that every dish leaving your station meets our exacting requirements.
- **Station Management**: Organize and maintain your kitchen station, including keeping equipment clean and in good working condition, and ensuring all ingredients are readily available.
- **Menu Contribution**: Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and refine menu items, bringing creative ideas and culinary expertise to the table.
- **Teamwork**: Work closely with the kitchen team, coordinating with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Strictly adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
- **Training**: Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of inventory for your section, ensuring stock levels are maintained and waste is minimized.
- **Special Orders**: Accommodate special dietary requests and customizations, providing an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
- **Adherence to Regulations**: Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven culinary experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end dining establishment.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to culinary excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have a valid QID and NOC
- Available to join immediately
