As a Web and Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our website, digital platforms, and marketing materials. Your expertise in both web design and graphic design will contribute to enhancing our brand's online presence and delivering engaging visual content. This part-time position offers flexibility in working hours and the opportunity to showcase your design skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines.
- Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Create captivating graphics, illustrations, icons, and other visual elements for web and digital platforms.
- Optimize designs for responsiveness, ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices and screen sizes.
- Design and produce engaging marketing materials such as banners, social media graphics, brochures, and infographics.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity by adhering to established design guidelines and visual standards.
- Conduct regular updates and maintenance of the website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date content.
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs and provide design assets and specifications.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web and graphic design.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Manage the posting of photos for social media and resharing of Stories

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Web and Graphic Designer, either through professional work or a portfolio showcasing web and graphic design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong knowledge of web design principles, including responsive design, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of design projects.
- Flexibility to work on a part-time basis, with the availability to accommodate project requirements during evenings or weekends when necessary.
- A portfolio demonstrating proficiency in web and graphic design.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Formal education or certification in web design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Understanding of branding and visual identity concepts.
- Experience with animation or video editing software is a plus.
