**Chief Accountant / Hospitality/ Hotels/ Food Services**
- Oversee the operations of all accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Month-end accruals, and provisions.
- Responsible for year-end closing and the preparation of the monthly financial statements.
- Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
- Manage accounting team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
- Review and approve all payment transactions: reimbursements, payments on accounts, vouchers, checks, etc.
- Handles year-end-closing and monthly financial statements.
- Review balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Respond to all queries related to financial matters.
- Recommend and draft financial and accounting policies and procedures.
- Maintain the accounting manual up to date and ensure the adherence to the manual and all policies and procedures.
- Review and approve journal vouchers.
- Reviews, investigates and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
- Coordinate the accurate and timely payment of suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation of yearly budgets.
- Administer all balance sheet accounts reconciliations.
- Act as the point of contact for queries related to employee and supplier payments.
- Reviews account payables and weekly check runs.
- Reviews account receivables and weekly check runs
- Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits.
- Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, cost centers and documents business transactions.
- Responsible for distributing financial statements and cost center reports.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- liaison with internal and external auditors.

**Job Requirements**

**Educational and Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance Management.
- Experience in accounting guidelines, end of year accounts, and external liaison with auditors.
- 5-7 years at least in the Supervisory level, background in Hospitality, Restaurant (FMCG or F&B).is a MUST.
- Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office, database and ERP (SAP, QuickBooks).
- Valid QID and can provide NOC
- Can join Immediately advantage

- Working knowledge of computer, especially accounting/spreadsheet related software and tools
- Consolidation and financial analysis process to ensure that the firm financial information is accurate, methodic, timely and meets business needs.
- Advise the top-level management with regards to finance, management, staffing and other service issues and procedures
- Directed the financial end to end processes of the company: Annual WP, bi quarterly business forecasts and

**Languages**:

- Excellent command of English, Arabic is an advantage.

**COLLECTION OFFICER**
- Collection cash sales from restaurants on a daily basis
- Deposit cash sales in banks on a daily basis
- Reviewing the company debtor list with receivable and treasury accountants
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
- Negotiating suitable payment plans.
- Maintaining customer payment records.
- Responding to customer queries
- Bank Related quarries.

**Job Requirements**

**Experience Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a Collections Officer.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with state debt collection laws.
- Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.
- Knowledge of office and accounting software.
- Patience and resilience.
- Must have a Valid driving License
- Excellent command of English, Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid QID and can provide NOC
- Can join Immediately.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
