***:**As a Brasserie Barman, you will be responsible for providing excellent bar service, ensuring that guests receive prompt, friendly, and personalized service. You will be expected to have a strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and other beverages, as well as the ability to make recommendations and create unique drink experiences for our guests.**
*** Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greet guests and take orders in a friendly and professional manner**

- **Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and specialty drinks**

- **Ensure that all drinks are prepared to the highest standard and served in a timely manner**
***
- **Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines**
***
- **Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently**
***
- **Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed**
***
- **Provide recommendations and make suggestions to guests based on their preferences**
***
- **Engage with guests and create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere**
***
- **Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service**
***
- **Follow all company policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service guidelines**
***
- **Perform other duties as assigned by the Bar Manager or other supervisory staff**

***Qualifications**:
***
- **Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barman in a high-volume, upscale establishment**
***
- **Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, and other beverages**
***
- **Excellent customer service and communication skills**
***
- **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively**
***
- **Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain composure under pressure**
***
- **Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn**
***
- **Must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid bartending license/certification**
***
- **Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus**
***
- **Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test**
