**Responsibilities**:
Develop engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.

Coordinate and review the translation of marketing content and other firm documents between English and Arabic to cater to our diverse audience.

Shoot raw footage as per the content calendar to be used in various marketing campaigns.

Maintain the Management Information System (MIS) of all Sales and Marketing activities.

Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and implement necessary improvements.

Coordinate with the graphic designer and Social Media Marketing Agency (SMMA) to align efforts and maximize brand presence.

Monitor industry trends and engage with users on social media, fostering relationships that encourage customer loyalty.

Generate creative content ideas and strategies to increase audience engagement.

Track analytics to gauge the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in a similar role. Internship experience in the field is a plus.

Full professional proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Arabic.

Proven experience with social media management, either through internships, educational projects, or personal endeavours.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working under tight deadlines.

Knowledge of the auditing, accounting, taxation, or business consulting industry is a plus.
