**Job description**:
**Our client in Qatar have a vacancy for Senior Subsea Transport and Installation Engineer, based in Doha on a residential basis.**

**Responsibilities**:
As the Senior Subsea Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical and coordination activities related to the transportation and installation of subsea facilities for the PWD Project. Your key responsibilities will include:
Demonstrating exemplary adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) rules and requirements, ensuring their implementation within your area of responsibility.

Managing technical and coordination activities throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to completion, including the transportation, installation, and commissioning of subsea facilities such as pipelines, PLET, PLEM, jumpers, tie-in transition spools, and subsea pipe supports.

Coordinating internal and external interfaces, ensuring alignment with project specifications and requirements.

Providing technical inputs to Call for Tender (CFT) documents and overseeing the delivery of high-quality offshore subsea installation deliverables.

Managing Permit to Work processes to ensure incident-free transportation and installation works.

Collaborating with the PWD Project Manager, project team, contractors, 3rd parties, and regulatory bodies to ensure successful project execution.

Liaising with various departments, including Drilling & Wells, Field Operations, and HSEQ, to manage interfaces and resolve technical queries.

Monitoring and reporting on progress, addressing areas of concern, and proposing technical solutions as needed.

Participating in technical interface meetings, workshops, and audits to ensure project success.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

- Bachelor or Master in Engineering in any discipline
- Relevant Professional Experience in transportation and installation of subsea flowline/pipeline
- Large spectrum of skill and competencies in various engineering disciplines and/or in Interface Management
- Specialist Subsea transportation and installation of subsea flowline/pipeline, PLET, PLEM, Jumper supports, transition spools, DOP structure
- A good knowledge of Contractual matters would be necessary, and a good knowledge of subsea pipeline/flowline Projects and Operations would be a plus.
- Languages: English mandatory
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards
- H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings
