Kitchen Technician | Hilton Salwa

An Engineer/ Kitchen Technician will support the Engineering Team to efficiently maintain all Kitchen hotel operations such that safety, security, conversation, and compliance are ensured at the highest levels.

**What will I be doing?**
As a Kitchen Technician, you are responsible for designing, building, installing, and servicing machinery, components, and tools to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Technician will also be required to develop and test machinery and ensure that inspections meet company standards. Specifically, will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Devise, fabricate and assemble new or modified mechanical components or assemblies for products
- Set up and conduct test of complete units and components
- Record test procedures and results, numerical and graphical data, and any recommendations
- Design, build, install, and service mechanical machinery, components and tools
- Ensure quality inspections are carried out in line with company standards
- Perform special projects and others responsibilities as assigned

- Current working knowledge of general maintenance and engineering work
- Experience in the Maintenance Department of a large hotel, hospital, ship, and/or restaurant complex or similar
- Strong work ethic
- A passion for delivering great customer service
- Ability to work without close supervision and within established timeframes
