**Job Descriptions**:
**KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Present at all given times in the CCTV control room managing the cctv operations
Security Logbook: Updating all event, incidents, and occurrences in the security logbook.
Handling all telephone calls in a professional manner taking down all request and cascading them to the team on the floor
Handling and making sure all cameras are online and the ANPR system is working as per MOI requirements
Complies and records all data for security control room
Patrols lobbies, corridors, Resort, public areas, and the outside perimeter including hotel parking areas.
Patrol public areas to detect fires, unsafe conditions, and missing or inoperative safety equipment.
Logging & documentation of all lost & found in the registers
Reports complaints or problems to Security Supervisor if no immediate solution can be found.
Ensures a high level of product knowledge of hotel and local areas.
Ensures a high level of customer service is consistently maintained
Attends training sessions as scheduled to improve skills and knowledge
Always exercises responsible management and behaviour and positively representing the hotel
Contractor/Visitor logbook: Any visitor; supplier; contractor and/or moving company needs to report to the security office to receive induction on emergency procedures as well as receiving a pass. All relevant details need to be recorded in the visitor’s register
Key register: All keys that are in the care of security needs to be recorded in the key register
Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation, understanding and strictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene, and health & safety.
Proper handover of duties and information at the end of each shift

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
High school diploma, Post-secondary Degree or certification recommended
MOI certification validated in Qatar
First aid CPR certification would be an advantage
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the Gulf region o Experience working with multicultural teams
