Job Overview

The Visual Merchandiser at Al Rawabi Group of Companies will create, develop, and maintain captivating visual displays across departmental stores, with a particular focus on the garments section. This role is crucial for enhancing customer experience and increasing sales by presenting products in engaging and accessible ways that align with Al Rawabi's brand image and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Visual Display Creation and Maintenance**:

- Design and implement attractive visual displays in the garments section, ensuring they align with Al Rawabi's brand standards to enhance the store’s overall appeal.
- Regularly refresh displays based on seasonal themes, promotions, and product rotations within the garments section

**Product Presentation and Styling**
- Collaborate with the merchandising and sales teams to ensure garments are displayed effectively and in accordance with current marketing campaigns.
- Utilize mannequins, signage, and effective lighting to highlight key garments and improve customer engagement.

**Seasonal and Promotional Display Execution**
- Develop and set up displays for seasonal promotions, holidays, and special events, particularly focused on the garments section.
- Maintain consistency in visual themes across multiple locations, ensuring brand integrity in each display while catering to the garments line.

**Space Optimization and Store Layout**
- Optimize space in the garments section by arranging clothing items to create a balanced flow that improves visibility and accessibility for customers.
- Make adjustments to displays based on sales performance and store layout requirements to maximize garment exposure.

**Trend Awareness and Market Insights**
- Stay informed on visual merchandising trends and customer preferences specific to the garments industry to bring fresh and appealing ideas to displays.

**Collaboration and Training**
- Work with store and sales teams to align visual merchandising goals with overall store objectives, particularly in the garments section.
- Train staff on visual merchandising principles and best practices to maintain displays in the garments area between visits.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Interior Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in visual merchandising, ideally with a focus on garments or fashion retail.
- **Skills**:

- Strong creative skills with attention to detail, particularly in styling and arranging garments.
- Knowledge of retail design software (e.g., Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of current visual merchandising trends in the garments sector.
- Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
