**Audio-Visual Engineer (Museums and Exhibitions)**

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio-Visual Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in managing and maintaining audio and video systems for museums and exhibitions. As an Audio-Visual Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of audio-visual installations to deliver captivating and immersive experiences for museum visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with museum and exhibition teams to understand their audio-visual requirements and objectives.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality checks to ensure all audio-visual installations function flawlessly during exhibitions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio-visual an interactive screens systems promptly and efficiently.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in audio-visual technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements to maintain the museum's cutting-edge appeal.
- Create detailed documentation and user manuals for audio-visual systems to facilitate easy operation and maintenance.
- Train company field team on the proper use and maintenance of audio-visual equipment.
- Support the overall museum experience by assisting with technical aspects of events and presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Audio-Visual Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) in designing and implementing audio-visual systems for museums, cinemas and exhibitions.
- In-depth knowledge of audio-visual technologies, interactive screens, video displays, and multimedia software.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges efficiently.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail to deliver captivating audio-visual experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and manage the project simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed and in urgent cases.

QLAVR

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: From QAR3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
