**_ About AtkinsRéalis_**
**The Admin Assistant is responsible for providing support to the High Line’s administrative office.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Transcribing a variety of material where terminology, grammar, punctuation, arrangement and set-up require judgment and skill
- Composing various correspondences
- Maintaining departmental records, including budget and personnel records and timesheets
- Compiling data from a variety of sources
- Recommending improvements in letters and work methods
- Preparing a variety of documents, including gathering required material, finalizing presentation and organizing distribution list.
- Comprehensive assistance in administrative functions; updating calendar with appointments and meetings
**Operational Responsibilities**:
- Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings and appointments
- Serving as the primary receptionist (answering and directing incoming calls and greeting, directing, and assisting visitors)
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Copying, filing, scanning and organizing documentation
- Collecting relevant material for scheduled meetings and reports.
- Preparation of monthly report drafts.
- Contacting senior management inside and outside of the organization to gather and provide information
