**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Guides a digital software engineering culture emphasizing innovation, growth, and development.
2. Be “hands on” when needed, jumping in to pair program with team members or pick up a bugfix ticket.
3. Oversee teams in the selection of the appropriate tools and frameworks.
5. Strong experience with Javascript and TypeScript.
6. Good working experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
7. Knowledge of software development concepts/methodology/life-cycle, especially Agile methodology.
8. Knowledge and experience managing eCommerce / CMS platforms such as Magento/Adobe, Shopify, SAP, Salesforce, Big Commerce, DemandWare etc.

**Requirements**:
1. A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline
2. Broad shop construction, launch, and maintenance expertise, as well as a general understanding of the admin system
3. Proven skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, as well as a thorough grasp of the DOM
4. Previous experience working with a custom theme and/or the Storefront API
5. Working knowledge of Shopify's theming system and Liquid templating
6. Previous experience implementing/debugging third-party Shopify apps, as well as building unique solutions if needed.
7. In-depth knowledge and expertise with vanilla JavaScript, jQuery, ES2015/ES6, and current JavaScript frameworks.
8. Working knowledge of Shopify's object/properties, AJAX API, and Meta fields.
9. Extensive testing and debugging abilities using the browser console and other tools.
10. Prior experience developing responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
11. Working knowledge of third-party services and APIs, as well as Shopify plugins.
12. Capability to communicate effectively and provide proactive feedback.
13. Advanced knowledge in GitHub and BigCommerce CLI.
14. Custom BigCommerce theme development, custom functionalities.

Pay: QAR25,000.00 - QAR30,000.00 per month
