A Female Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, analysing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs. She will closely collaborate with third party marketing teams for special projects to achieve maximum branding effectiveness. She plays an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our firm.

The role also entails the communication and dissemination of the various marketing initiatives through relevant platforms. She analyses market trends relevant to the business or company objectives to drive successful strategies.

1. Abides by Onex Beauty Group’s Vision-Mission and Objectives.

2. Develops marketing strategies and tactics to increase our brand awareness and image, increase our customer retention and acquisition, along with proper KPIs directly proportional to the company objectives.

3. Uses various market study tools such as conducting surveys, capturing customer feedback through different channels of communication, after sales service and networking to plan and improve customer experience.

4. Plans and develops customer relationship management process and technologies and perform the marketing segmentation, targeting and positioning for each service and product line in order to increase the marketing mix.

5. Plans, develops, implements marketing mix included the marketing promotion such as advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs along with sustaining rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.

7. Leverages existing media relationships and cultivates new contacts within business by managing media inquiries and interview requests, creating content for press releases, articles and keynote presentations.

8. Tracks performance of initiatives against the team and department KPIs or comparable benchmarks. Consolidates performance and prepare reports and dashboards for the Executive Board.

9. Nurtures a strong industry network by building relationships with thought leaders and evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on a long-term basis to develop a strong corporate image.

10. Proposes and manages marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications.

11. Partners with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors.

12. Develops business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and makes recommendations on marketing tactics.

13. Executes other tasks assigned by the Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferably in the Beauty & Spa business.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools
- Good Market Research skills
